Facilitation & Strategic Planning for Companies & Leadership Teams
The strategy, the offsite, the new platform — whatever you roll out only works if your people actually own it. Most leaders build these things for their people instead of with them, then wonder why buy-in never comes. We design strategies and events that your team help build, so regardless what changes come next, they have real ownership and buy-in to drive the momentum your business is actually after.
you might be here because:
- You’re designing a strategy or change and you need genuine buy-in, not just compliance
- You’re launching a product and want it shaped by real users and community
- You’re planning a retreat or conference and refuse to run one people forget by Monday
- A culture shift is underway and you want people excited rather than imposed upon
- The pace of change is moving faster than your people can absorb
There’s a different way to build the things that matter
Most companies build their strategies, gatherings, and programs for their people, then try to sell them on it after the fact. We do the opposite. We design the work with the people and the community it depends on.
- Your people and community as co-creators. We involve the people who live with a decision help shape it. This way, what emerges fits real needs and earns real engagement.
- Designed for outcomes, not just energy. A great offsite that changes nothing is a cost. We design so participation turns into something measurable — alignment that holds, programs teams adopt, and momentum that outlasts the room.
The result isn’t just a better day or a tidier plan. It’s work that noticeably shifts a business, owned by the people who built it.

Connectors Summit, We and Me
Producing a Global Virtual Summit for Facilitators to Connect and Collaborate
Tell Me How
Every December, connection expert Chad Littlefield gathers facilitators, educators, and community builders from around the world for the Connectors Summit. For the past few years, we’ve been the team that helps produce the virtual engagement using a unique platform which allows participants to freely connect throughout the gathering. In doing so, we support Chad as a co-facilitator throughout.
The result: a fully virtual, multi-day summit that practices what it preaches — headlined by voices like Priya Parker and Peter Block, run end-to-end on a platform that supports real connection, and consistently held up by this hard-to-impress crowd as proof that virtual events can create real human connection.
Primrose
Designed a professional development program for early-childhood educators nationwide
Tell Me How
Primrose, one of the country’s top preschools, wanted professional development its teachers would genuinely embrace. So we built it with them — running listening sessions and site visits across the country and an Ambassador beta program. From this process, we designing a hands-on PD kit and e-learning program based on Dr. Laura Jana’s QI Skills framework.
The result: a nationwide professional development program focused on 50+ competencies, that was co-created as a tangible kit teachers helped design.
MentorCloud + Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center
Strengthened the community engagement strategy for a global mentoring initiative
Tell Me How
MentorCloud, the world’s leading mentoring software platform, knew technology alone doesn’t create engagement. Over six months with its CEO and leadership team, we built a community strategy and ran five virtual Connection Cafés — including events for the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center’s global Mentor Makers movement — bringing together 500+ participants from 30+ countries.
The result: 80% of participants left more likely to use the product, 9.5/10 called it the best virtual event they’d ever attended, and MentorCloud reshaped its platform around what we learned.
