Facilitation & Strategic Planning for AI Adoption & Innovation
AI isn’t just a technology challenge. It’s a people challenge. And you can’t solve a people challenge with a technology plan. The challenges AI reveals in an organization often point to the gap between what leadership sees and what teams feel. We design strategies and events that help organizations work through that tension while identifying where and how AI solutions fit into your work.
you might be here because:
- Leadership sees the opportunity in AI, but your teams feel the uncertainty
- Adoption decisions are being made without the people who’ll have to live with them
- Innovation is accelerating faster than your organization can absorb it
- Your technical strategy and your human strategy aren’t aligned
- You need a shared framework for navigating AI, not just a technology roadmap
There’s a different way to navigate AI
We approach AI as a participation challenge: when the people closest to the work help shape how AI changes their work, resistance softens, adoption accelerates, and the strategy is grounded in reality rather than just executive vision.
- Find the real opportunities, with your people. We help you identify the needs, surface the highest-value use cases, and connect the dots to what AI can actually do. When it helps, we go further and prototype the tools themselves for your team.
- AI in service of human wisdom — not instead of it. We’re one of the few studios actively bridging the divide between human facilitation and the technology that helps people make better sense of what’s happening — which means AI shows up not just as the topic, but woven into how we do the work.
The result isn’t just a smarter roadmap. It’s an organization that can navigate AI with its people fully behind it.

VHA Innovation Ecosystem
Uniting VA Experts Around AI for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention
Tell Me How
The VA’s Health Administration wanted to move past the AI hype and get practical: where could AI genuinely help Veterans — especially around mental health and suicide prevention — and how could it be done responsibly? The problem was that the expertise lived in silos: clinical, research, data science, policy, and operations. We designed and facilitated a two-day virtual AI & Mental Health summit that brought those cross-disciplinary champions together in service of veteran-centric AI innovation.
The result: a hands-on working summit (not a webinar) that produced concrete AI solution concepts and next steps across seven real use cases, from suicide-risk prediction to a Veteran-facing wellness chatbot. 100% of attendees said they wanted to attend another AI summit.
Realm
Coordinated the community growth strategy for a generative AI company
Tell Me How
Realm had built a social platform for creating art with AI, but a product like that only works if a real community forms around it, and that wasn’t the founding team’s expertise. Over 12 months we coached their leadership on community growth, tested the app with real users through beta sessions and a rebrand, and ran live experiences, including an AI improv show and the first-ever AI art gallery at a major arts festival, all with the goal of putting Realm in front of the people it was built for.
The result: a technical product turned into direct connections with real people, and a clear, tested direction for the community at its core.
Penn State, Nittany AI Alliance
Turning AI Curiosity Into Real Connections and Solutions
Tell Me How
Nittany AI wanted its community to do more than learn about AI — it wanted people to connect around it and turn ideas into action. We designed and facilitated two engagements — a virtual Connection Café on global education and AI, and a hands-on ideation workshop on agriculture and environmental sustainability — each built to spark connection first and solutions second.
The result: 275 new connections in a single two-hour workshop, and a room of educators and nonprofit leaders leaving with concrete ideas for putting AI to work on real-world problems.
