Overview:
Kaospilots offers a few different opportunities – from professional development programs to consulting gigs – but their primary work is through their 3 year “Enterprising Leadership” program. This program is for change makers who want to use business creativity, personal mastery and enterprising leadership to create positive social change.
The program is rooted in action, and reflects on it. It is not simply an academic exercise, but a training arena in which you can develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes you will need to thrive in a world of constant change. The program is project driven, so all courses are set in practical experience. Most of them involve an external client with high expectations for what you and your peers will deliver.
Students take personal responsibility for their own learning and the success of their programme. They are taken from chaos, into order, and back again so as to increase their awareness of, and ability to manage complexity, change and possibilities. The students are followed and coached on both individual and group levels.
Kaospilots has educated entrepreneurs, change makers and leaders with a creative edge and a global mindset for more than 20 years. Through them, you will learn:
- How to be a leader
- How to build a viable business according to the visions and values of your clients
- How to initiate and execute creative and sustainable projects
- How to design and conduct change processes for different clients
Details:
- Length: 3 years
- Apply: Mid-march each year
Spud’s Thoughts:
While studying in Sweden, I had the chance to collaborate with folks from Kaospilots. This is easily a program I would have considered doing myself – as my inner ruckus maker found its tribe as I met their cohort. The name itself perfectly captures what this program is about – kaospilot – learning how navigate and lead through the complexity of chaos and change. Again, one of the things I appreciate most about this program is the focus on real-world projects. You will be given plenty of opportunities to practically apply what you are learning. And on top of it all, denmark is an incredible place to call home for 3 years!
